MACHINES SOLD:

As is, Ex Works.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT COMPETENT:

The parties agree to submit the deal to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the Courts of PARIS (France).

PAYMENT:

By bank transfer, 100% before loading

30% on order

The balance before loading

THE BUYER:

Recognizes knowledge of this type of machine and its possible specificities of use and start-up and undertakes to have them used by qualified personnel.

In the case of a second-hand machine, the price being fixed accordingly, undertakes to restore the equipment, in accordance with the labor laws in force in the country where the machine will be used.

TITLE RETENTION CLAUSE:

In accordance with French Law 80-335 of May 12, 1980, we reserve ownership of the products and goods, subject to these debits, until full payment of the price and its accessories has been paid. In the event of total or partial non-payment of the price on the due date for any reason whatsoever, by express agreement, we reserve the right, without formality, to physically take back possession of these products or goods at your own risk and expense.
